At Gravity Fitness Equipment, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if any item doesn't meet your training standards, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
